Accountability
Accessible to all who are serious about racial equity
Our sliding scale allows us to partner with organizations of various sizes and monetary means that are serious about race/gender+ equity, while consistently providing high quality and high rigor services and support. We invest pro-bono work in clients with whom we have established long standing partnerships, when their ambitious equity goals and financial circumstances call for it.
By working in collective, our global interracial collective of practitioners can ensure no client who is serious about racial equity is turned away, even when demand is high.
We are better together
We always work in interracial co-leadership and co-facilitation, believing it makes the work better, ensures learning engagements support and challenge all participants while failing to center the needs of any one race/gender group, and ensures organizational interventions and solutions are designed by all for all.
Supporting an Antiracist Ecosystem
Because much has been invested in us by other practitioners, researchers, mentors, and teachers, we continuously invest in emerging or returning antiracist practitioners.
We believe there must be more ways to live and practice antiracism in economically viable ways. As such, we commit to building greater economic viability for people committed to practicing their trade through the lens of antiracism, and believe all those who agree can play a role in getting free, together.
As a collective of practitioners, we refuse to bid against each other for work. We share common fee and rate schedules, and respond collectively when our services are requested.
